A Tivok Heat Pump is a work horse for the Tivok Energy Thermal System. The Highly efficient Tivok Heat Pumps, utilise the heat energy in the air to heat water, and is four times more energy efficient than that of conventional electric or gas hot water heaters.

The advanced design concept of the Tivok Heat Pump is based on the laws of thermal dynamics and physical change of state, the quality Tivok heat pump extracts heat from outdoor ambient air temperature within the range of -15℃ to 43℃ and uses it to heat water at a temperature range from 20℃ to 60℃.

The Tivok Heat Pump has safety features such as high/ low pressure switches, flow switch, gauges and temperature sensors that detect refrigerant loss, component failures and deficient water flow. The Tivok Heat Pump has equipment safety feature that includes voltage protection, water loop temperature monitoring and water coil freeze protection.
